Sukhvinder Durhailay

Sukhvinder Durhailay is a Fullstack Engineer at NOAH. Prior to joining NOAH, Sukhvinder worked as an Engineering Manager at Trade Ledger from May 2020 to July 2021.

At Trade Ledger, Sukhvinder managed the core London squad where they worked on the two portals for Loan Origination. This was Sukhvinder's first official gig as an Engineering Manager and they learnt a lot about people management during this role.

Some of the features that Sukhvinder's team developed and delivered include:

- Multiple onboarding customer application flows that are configurable for each client (bank/lender) using the platform

- Integration with Flatfile to offer CSV uploads of financial documents

- Integration of Codat to offer the ability to sync your accounting package (Xero, Quickbooks, Sage, etc.) data with our platform

- The ability to automatically take a snapshot of a users financial data

Sukhvinder also managed and mentored the engineers in their team, at one point growing to 12 people! They helped each engineer with their personal and career goals, finding a way to align it with business goals.

Sukhvinder's year as an Engineering Manager in Trade Ledger was truly a crash course in management, which they are forever grateful for.

Sukhvinder Durhailay has a BSc in Physics and Computer Science from Queen Mary University of London.
