Andrew Frater

Andrew Frater has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management/Cyber Security from Central Washington University. Andrew also holds an Associate's Degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Community Colleges of Spokane. Andrew has worked at NoaNet since June 2017, starting as a Network Operations Analyst I and currently serving as the NOC Lead Analyst. Prior to that, Andrew was a Cisco Networking Intern at Community Colleges of Spokane. Andrew's education includes graduating from Mead Senior High School in 2008.
