Emma Lobo has worked at NOBA Bank Group as the Head of Culture & Learning since December 2023, and previously as a Culture Lead from June 2023 to December 2023. Before that, they were a Culture Lead at Nordax Bank from March 2022 to June 2023. Emma also served as the Operations Manager & HR Adviser at AGERA ADVISER HR from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they were an Operations Manager & Project Manager at Futerra from 2013 to 2018, and a Content Manager at Zeta | Di Luca & Di Luca from 2012 to 2013.
Emma Lobo earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication & IT from Stockholm University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they also briefly attended Luleå University of Technology, focusing on CSR. From 2017 to 2019, Emma pursued studies in Interior, Architecture, and Design at the School of Interior Design Copenhagen.
