Karyn Strickland

Karyn Strickland is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Learning and Culture at Moving Ahead since July 2023. Prior to this role, Karyn held the position of Head of HR and Reward at Covéa Insurance from November 2014 to November 2022, where collaboration with senior leaders aimed to enhance business performance through strategic HR solutions. Karyn's extensive background includes various roles at British Airways, such as Global Internal Brand Engagement Manager and Senior HR Business Partner, along with early career positions in employee relations and change management. Karyn holds a BA Hons in Modern Languages (French & Italian) from Anglia Ruskin University and received education at St Paul's Girls' School in London.
