Nina Alias

Nina Alias has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Nina currently works as the Head of Data & Analytics Engineering at NOBA Bank Group, where they lead teams in Sweden and Norway and oversees data infrastructure, analytics engineering, and data management initiatives. Prior to this, they were the Team Manager AI Engineering at Swedbank, leading a team in developing and automating CI/CD pipelines on the cloud. Nina also held various positions at Nordea, including Head of Data Analytics Engineering and Global Product Manager & Data Asset Owner, where they drove the modernization of data landscapes and implemented data management tools. Additionally, they worked as a Consumer, Commercial & Market Insights Analyst at Philip Morris International and as a SAS Consultant at Knowit Decision Stockholm. Nina started their career as a Bachelor student at The Swedish National Road and Transport Research Institute and worked as a Librarian at Linköpings universitetsbibliotek. Nina also served as a Statistician/Analyst at Karolinska Institutet.

Nina Alias obtained a Bachelor's degree in Statistics & Data Analysis from Linköping University from the period of 2011 to 2014. Nina also holds a certification in "Leading Others" from the Leadership Pipeline Institute, obtained in 2021.
