Olivier Lauffer

Olivier Lauffer has extensive experience in industrial project management, beginning at Nobel Automotive in October 2004, where responsibilities include managing the industrialization of new products and overseeing production coordination to ensure quality and cost efficiency. Olivier also leads new product development projects to diversify market offerings and manages industrial transfer projects in various countries, including Slovakia, China, and Romania. Prior to this role, Olivier worked at Dana Holding Corporation from October 1999 to September 2004 as a continuous improvement engineer and manufacturing engineer, focusing on production process enhancements and new product industrialization. Earlier career experience includes project management positions during engineering training at Valfond, where significant projects involved the installation of induction ovens and the development of productivity indicators. Olivier holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical and Manufacturing from Ingénieurs2000 and other relevant educational qualifications.
