Roeland Pelgrims has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Roeland is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Nobi BV, a company that focuses on developing smart lamps to help elderly people live happy and safe lives at home. Roeland joined the company in September 2018.

Roeland Pelgrims completed their Master's degree in Linguistics & communication psychology, as well as Law, from the University of Antwerp between 1999 and 2004. Roeland then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Vlerick Business School, graduating in 2014.
