Team Lead Project Management at Nobian

Henk Boerboom has a diverse and extensive work experience in project management and engineering roles. Henk began their career at Akzo Nobel Technology & Engineering in 1983 as a Piping and Layout Engineer. Over the years, they took on various roles within AkzoNobel, including Process Control Systems Engineer, Manager Process Control Department, Manager Design Department, and Project Manager. From 2007 to 2010, they served as the Regional Coordinator Asian Pacific. Henk then became the Director Project Management from 2010 to 2015 and the Director Engineering Excellence from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they joined AkzoNobel Specialty Chemicals as a Team Lead Project Management before transitioning to Nouryon in the same role. Currently, they work at Nobian as a Team Lead Project Management.

Henk Boerboom holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from HAN University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 1977 to 1981. Henk later pursued an Application Course in Process Control from HAN University of Applied Sciences from 1981 to 1983. Henk then went on to complete a Master's degree in Business Sciences from Radboud University, attending from 1991 to 1993. Additionally, they participated in the Leergang Bedrijfskunde Gelderland program from 1987 to 1991, specializing in Business/Managerial Economics.
