Nauman Shah

Nauman Shah is an experienced professional specializing in Project Management and Maintenance Engineering, currently serving as the Team Lead for Projects & Turnaround Excellence at Nobian since January 2020. In this role, Nauman oversees CAPEX project performance and has successfully implemented various tools and methodologies, including Microsoft Project Online and PowerBI, to enhance project management processes. Prior to Nobian, Nauman held key positions at Nouryon and AkzoNobel, focusing on asset assurance, maintenance engineering, and management of maintenance workflows.
