Nikolay Petrov

Nikolay Petrov has over 20 years of work experience in various industries and roles. Nikolay began their career in 1998 as a Technical Director at Energotehnika and later worked as a Corporate Solutions Manager at RON Telecom. In 2003, they joined Xerox, where they served as a Regional Customer Service Operations Manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Project Launch & Control Manager, and Communication & Marketing Services Operations Manager. From 2011 to 2020, Nikolay held multiple positions at Emerson Automation Solutions, including Director of Metrology Operations, CIS Operations Director of Remote Automation Solutions, and Director of Flow Solutions Operations. Nikolay then worked as a Consultant for Philips and as a Lean Strategic Consulting ai at the Industry Development Fund of Chelyabinsk Region. Nikolay pursued an MBA at TIAS School for Business and Society and graduated in 2022. Most recently, they joined Topcon Healthcare as a Global Process Improvement role, and they will join Nobian as an Operational Excellence Project Lead in November 2023.

Nikolay Petrov's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from TIAS School for Business and Society, with a focus on general management, operations & supply chain, international law, data analytics, and sustainability. Nikolay also holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi, specializing in global business leadership and growth in uncertain times. Prior to their MBA studies, Nikolay obtained an Engineering Degree in Computer Science from South Ural State University (SUSU) between 1992 and 1997. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in developing executive presence, EF Level 16 - Upper Advanced - CEFR Level C2, Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt and Green Belt), and Train The Trainer.
