Sylvia Baars

Sylvia Baars has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Nobian since February 2018, while also holding the position of Regional Manager Customer Service. Prior to this role, Sylvia worked as an interim recruiter at Bilthoven Biologicals and in recruitment at AkzoNobel. The recruitment career began in 1993 at Start People, followed by roles at SWG Arts en Werk, Knooppunt Uitzendbureau B.V., Timing, and Flexibility Groep, ultimately developing into a senior recruiter. Sylvia holds an HBO degree obtained between 1995 and 1998.
