Niloofar Farhoodi

Niloofar Farhoodi has been working in the Human Resources field since 2015. Niloofar began as a Summer Intern at Mega Motor Co. in 2015, followed by an Internship at Momentum Branding & Marketing Group in 2018. In the same year, they also began working as a Training and Development Intern at Persia Khodro BMW and MINI Sales and Service. At this company, they also held the roles of Training Specialist and Content Developer. In 2020, Niloofar began working as a Human Resources Generalist at Behtarino, where they handled the recruitment process, conducted job analysis interviews, and onboarded new employees. Currently, they are employed as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Geeks Ltd and as a Human Resources Specialist at Nobitex.

Niloofar Farhoodi obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic between 2014 and 2018. In 2021, they obtained a Tuning Human Resources Management Certificate from Rahnema College and in 2018, they obtained a Self-Knowledge and Skill Learning Certificate from Sharif Career School.
