Aleksandra Dziamska

Aleksandra Dziamska has over 11 years of professional experience in software engineering, project management, and applications management. Aleksandra began their career in 2009 as a .Net Developer for Centuria Sp. z o.o., where they worked as a member of a small team of .Net developers, meeting with external clients to gather requirements, and implementing web applications based on those requirements and technical docs. In 2013, they joined Pearson IOKI Sp. z o.o. as an Application Manager, coordinating the programming and designing work on the implementation of web applications. Aleksandra was later promoted to Applications Manager, where they were responsible for coordinating delivery of applications within budget while aligning to a technology strategy by managing multiple teams and their respective managers. In 2020, they joined Nobl9 as an Engineering Manager and Technical Project Manager.

Aleksandra Dziamska obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu between 2006 and 2011. Aleksandra also obtained additional certifications including the C100DEV: MongoDB Certified Developer Associate Exam from MongoDB in January 2018, CompTIA Project+ from CompTIA in December 2012, and Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in May 2013.
