Dan Sepich

Dan Sepich currently serves as Director of Enterprise Reliability Solutions at Nobl9, since June 2024, where responsibilities include assisting organizations globally in implementing and scaling Service Level Objectives (SLOs). Previously at Principal Financial Group from May 2012 to June 2024, Dan held several roles culminating in Senior Software Engineer II - Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), leading product strategy and developing a dedicated SRE function. Dan also implemented and scaled hundreds of SLOs while managing teams for critical application hosting infrastructure. Earlier experience includes a Software Engineer internship at Intredium, contributing to diverse software development projects. Dan holds an MBA with a Leadership Certificate from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University.
