Natalia Sikora-Zimna

Natalia Sikora-Zimna has a wealth of experience in product management and delivery. Natalia is currently working as a Product Manager and Product Owner at Nobl9. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Technical Project Manager, Product Data Science at Pearson from 2016-2021. In this role, they supported the Product Data Science team in understanding and implementing best practices for prototyping and implementing AI systems in an agile way. Natalia also coordinated activities of multiple in-house and external teams to deliver high-quality AI-powered products. From 2012-2016, Natalia worked at Pearson IOKI Sp. z o.o. in various roles, including Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Digital Project Manager. Her responsibilities included creating and maintaining roadmaps of authoring tools, facilitating Agile processes, and managing the delivery of digital content. Finally, from 2010-2012, they worked at IOKI E-volution in education as a Senior Editor and Editor, producing and publishing content for digital platforms.

Natalia Sikora-Zimna has an extensive education background, beginning with a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu in 2007-2009. Natalia then went on to earn a Master's degree in Psychology from the same university in 2008-2012, followed by a Master's degree in English Language and Culture from the same university in 2009-2011. In 2012-2013, they studied Project Management at Poznan University of Economics And Business. Natalia later pursued a Postgraduate degree in Computer Software Engineering from Poznan University of Technology in 2016-2017. Currently, Natalia is pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Graphic Arts from Akademia Sztuk Pięknych w Poznaniu, which they began in 2021. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, such as a Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org in 2014, a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2014, a Professional Scrum Product Owner III from Scrum.org in 2016, and an AI Product Management Nanodegree Program from Udacity in 2020.
