Stefan Mühle

Stefan is the Vice President & Regional Managing Director for California. Before joining Noble House, he held various leadership roles in Napa, San Francisco, and Chicago. In 2016, Stefan joined Noble House as San Francisco’s Area Managing Director, overseeing The Argonaut Hotel and Hotel Zoe. Under his leadership, both hotels have excelled in social media rankings and employee satisfaction, and Stefan was recently named California Hotel Lodging Association’s Outstanding General Manager of the Year for 2021In addition, Stefan is known for his active involvement in local and state organizations that support the industry and his support of charitable causes in the Bay Area. Stefan’s passion for hospitality began at a young age, growing up in Germany and entering an apprenticeship in the industry upon graduation. He received a scholarship to the famed Cesar Ritz College and later transferred to Washington State University during his sophomore year. After graduation, Stefan was recruited to join the management team at The Drake in Chicago.
