Terry Bredahl

Terry Bredahl, SPHR, currently serves as the Area Director of Human Resources for Noble House Hotels & Resorts, overseeing LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort and the Inn on Fifth since August 2023. With extensive experience in human resources and operations management, Bredahl has held key roles at various organizations, including Director of Human Resources at South Seas Island Resort and Chief Operating Officer/HR Director at Eye Centers of Florida, where strategic leadership was provided to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement. Bredahl's career began in HR at Ford Motor Company, where significant progression and accomplishments were achieved. An MBA in Employee Relations-Human Resources was earned from Ball State University, complemented by a BS in International Business and French Studies from Regis University, along with additional studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
