Madeja Sims

Madeja Sims is a Special Education Specialist at Noble Schools since January 2022, where responsibilities include accommodating and modifying curricula to support students in co-taught settings, developing IEP goals, and implementing behavior management plans. Prior experience includes serving as the Youth Advisory Council Coordinator at North Austin Community Center, where Madeja developed recruitment processes and a council curriculum focused on leadership and restorative practices. Additionally, Madeja held multiple internships, including roles as a Volunteer Engagement Coordinator Intern and Youth Network Intern with Breakthrough, and as a Bridgebuilder Intern at Sunshine Gospel Ministries, leading programs for youth. Madeja holds a Master's degree in Special Education from Moreland University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Taylor University.
