Peter Tilocca

Peter Tilocca currently serves as the Head of Underwriting at NobleOak, having taken on this role in November 2023, focusing on strategy, innovation, operations, and personnel management. Previously, Peter was the Chief Underwriting Officer at Zurich Financial Services Australia and OnePath Life from 2020 to November 2023, where leadership responsibilities included overseeing 165 staff and managing a $25 million budget while driving underwriting strategy and transformation. Notable achievements during Peter's tenure included successfully merging two functions post-M&A and addressing underwriting errors at OnePath, where Peter held the Chief Underwriter position from 2019 to October 2023. Earlier experience spans significant roles at ANZ, including Chief Underwriter and leading an Underwriting Transformation Program, as well as positions at Reinsurance Group of America and ING. Peter's education includes participation in the Digital Transformation Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and completion of an additional program at INSEAD in 2023.
