Tyler Shearer

Tyler Shearer is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in managing large sales teams and driving significant revenue growth across multiple companies. Currently, Tyler serves as the National Sales Manager at Noble Outfitters since February 2020. Prior to this role, Tyler held key positions at Dickies®, including Regional Vice President and National Account Director, where a strong emphasis was placed on expanding account bases and enhancing sales strategies. With a career that began at Columbia Sportswear, Tyler has consistently demonstrated an ability to increase sales volumes and margins, effectively manage key accounts, and deliver exceptional customer service, resulting in substantial growth in account acquisitions and overall sales performance. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business & Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
