Sarra Dadoul has a wealth of experience in the luxury goods and services, beauty and wellness, retail, private equity, startups, and consulting fields. Sarra began their career in 1994 as a Manager of Innovation, Marketing, and Sales for Henkel in the EMEA and Worldwide regions. In 2000, they became a Group Manager for Boucheron in France, EMEA, and the US. From 2011 to 2018, they held various positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., including Vice President of Global Marketing, Product and Consumer Engagement, Vice President and Global General Manager of Aerin, and Vice President of the Fragrance Business Unit for Global and North America. In 2018, they were Chief Marketing Officer for Clarins in France and Chief Brand, Innovation, Client Excellence, and Business Development Officer Worldwide for La Prairie Group AG. Since 2021, they have been a Non-Executive Board Member, Senior Advisor, and Lecturer for various luxury goods and services, beauty and wellness, retail, private equity, startups, and consulting firms. In 2022, they will become CMO, Head of Growth Strategy, and Head of Marketing and Communications for EMEA, NOAM, and APAC at Noble Panacea.

Sarra Dadoul has an extensive education history. Sarra attended The Wharton School from 2011 to 2014, where they earned an Executive Management Program degree from the University of Pennsylvania. In 2012, they completed an Executive Leadership Program at Bryn Mawr College. Sarra then attended General Assembly from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a degree in Digital Strategy, Influencer Marketing, Tools, and Web Analytics from the Digital University of New York. Sarra also holds a Master of Economics and Marketing from SKEMA Business School and a Master 2 Business Administration and Finance from IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management. Additionally, they have certifications in English for Commerce from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Handelsdeutsch from AHK Frankreich / Chambre Franco-Allemande de Commerce et d'Industrie (CFACI).
