Jeffrey Moen

Jeffrey Moen is currently serving as the General Counsel and Director of Government Affairs as well as the Director of Strategic Alliances at Noble Research Institute since March 2007. Prior to that, Jeffrey was an Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright in the United States and an Energy Trader at Koch Energy Trading. Jeffrey holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the University of Oklahoma.
