Sarah Tjoa

Vice President Client Services & Strategy at Noble West

Sarah Tjoa has a diverse work experience in the field of advertising and marketing. Sarah currently holds the position of Vice President Client Services & Strategy at Noble West since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at 160over90 as an Account Director from June 2018 to April 2020, where they led account management in the LA office and worked with clients such as adidas, CBT Nuggets, Los Angeles Chargers, UCLA, and The University of Arizona.

Before joining 160over90, Sarah served as a Brand Manager/Account Director at Mering from October 2015 to June 2018. In this role, they acted as the primary contact for agency clients, developed and implemented integrated communications plans, and managed campaign reporting and optimizations.

Sarah also gained valuable experience at Strausberg Advertising/Design, where they held multiple roles from October 2011 to October 2015. Prior to entering the advertising industry, Sarah gained experience as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Nevada Reno from October 2006 to August 2009. Sarah also had a professional internship at Barnett Ellman, where they maintained social media outlets for clients, conducted event planning, and performed research and strategic thinking.
