Jay Reckard

Jay Reckard draws on his experience as a combat veteran, career CBRNE officer, and former Commander of the 4th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, 1st Infantry Division, to ensure that NOBLE provides the right equipment at the right time.

As President of Technical Solutions and Training, Jay leads NOBLE's business in the C5ISR and CBRNE mission space. He also leads NOBLE's talented training and sustainment (service) teams. The Technical Solutions and Training Division provides complete solutions from equipping and training to long-term sustainment in support of government programs.
