Robert L. Masson

Robert L. Masson, II currently serves as the Director and Chair of the Audit Committee for both Intuitive Machines and Tech-Etch Inc., contributing extensive experience in finance and operations. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Noble and Latham, The Pool Company, and Executive Vice President at Hypertherm, along with key financial leadership positions at Flowserve Corporation and multiple divisions of Raytheon, managing significant revenues and operations. A graduate of Harvard Business School with an MBA, and holding a BS in Economics from the United States Naval Academy, Robert brings a strong foundation in finance and governance, complemented by military service as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy.
