Wael Saleh

Wael Saleh currently serves as the Managing Director at Nobles Properties in Jordan since March 2017, overseeing national operations and managing a project portfolio exceeding 160 million Jordanian Dinars. Responsibilities encompass identifying potential mixed-use and commercial projects, managing project life cycles, and leading negotiations for procurement and approvals. Additionally, Wael has acted as Managing Director for Nobles Properties in the UAE, focusing on portfolio management and investor relations. Prior experience includes founding Solidair Real Estate, serving as Business Development Director at Tameer, and holding the position of International Sales Manager at Al Andalus Group. Wael holds a B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Ajman University.
