Elizabeth Greer

Elizabeth Greer, PMP, is a Senior Manager in Surface Transportation at Noblis, overseeing business development activities for the Federal Highway Administration account since May 2010. Greer provides project management expertise to USDOT clients in areas such as knowledge management, technology transfer, strategic planning, and performance measurement. Prior experience includes serving as an Independent Consultant for the Military Health System, where Greer designed a prototype knowledge management system, and as a Consultant at CGI, leading teams in business change initiatives. Earlier in the career, Greer worked as a Senior Technical Writer at Archive Corp., winning multiple awards for technical publications. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan, an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and an AB in English from Harvard University.
