Stephen Ferderer

Stephen Ferderer currently serves as the Maintenance Work Package Manager at McKean Defense, a position held since January 2016, where responsibilities include tracking maintenance items for advanced planning on Naval War Ships. Prior to this role, Stephen was with the US Navy for 20 years, acting as the 3MC Reactor Department manager aboard the USS Ronald Reagan, overseeing 14 work centers and the completion of over 20,000 maintenance items. Stephen also held the Senior Manager title on the USS Ronald Reagan from February 2013 to November 2015. Stephen earned a degree from Vincennes University between 2010 and 2013.
