Estefanía Ayes has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Estefanía currently holds the position of People Manager at nocnoc since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Kavak.com, where they served as a Global People Business Partner Tech and Regional People Business Partner. Estefanía also held positions as a Talent Acquisition Associate and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kavak.com.

Before joining Kavak.com, Estefanía worked at Accenture as a Sourcer Team Lead and Senior Sourcer, where they serviced the client Mercado Libre. Estefanía also gained experience in talent acquisition and HR consulting at Wall Chase as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Partner.

At Evolution Partners Management Consulting, Estefanía served as a Sr. Finance, Administration & HR Analyst from September 2018 to March 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Finance Analyst at Culture Amp and SC Johnson, where they were responsible for various finance-related tasks.

Estefanía also has international work experience, having held a Working Holiday Visa position in New Zealand. Estefanía started their career as an Accounting Analyst at The Walt Disney Company and gained valuable experience in HR payroll, tax, and accounting as a trainee at ExxonMobil.

Estefanía Ayes has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from UADE, which they obtained from 2009 to 2013. In 2021, they completed the Human Resources Business Partner Program at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources at Universidad de 'San Andrés' (2022-2023). Estefanía also holds additional certifications in Analytics de Reclutamiento from HumanosReales (obtained in March 2021) and in Comunicación interpersonal and People Analytics from LinkedIn (obtained in May 2020).
