Kirsti Hunt

Kirsti Hunt has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on driving strategic HR initiatives and providing advisory services. Kirsti currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources at NOCO Energy Corp., where they develop and executes the HR strategy and provides expertise across various HR functions. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Modern Disposal Services, Inc., where they collaborated with business leaders to develop talent management solutions. Hunt also held the role of Vice President, Human Resources at LPCiminelli, where they led the HR strategy and managed the HR and payroll teams. Kirsti started their career as the Chief Human Resources Officer at United Way of Buffalo & Erie County, where they oversaw HR functions and aligned programs with strategic goals. Kirsti also served as the Director of Human Resources at the same organization. In their earlier career, Hunt worked as a Recruiter/Human Resources Generalist at Winter Park Resort, where they handled recruitment campaigns and managed international hiring.

Kirsti Hunt completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Empire State University, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Western Kentucky University from 1991 to 1994, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. In addition to their formal education, Kirsti has obtained several certifications including Creative Problem Solving Facilitator from CPSB (The Creative Problem Solving Group, Inc.), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, SHRM - CP from SHRM, and Workplace Big 5 Certification from the Center for Applied Cognitive Studies (CentACS).
