Mariana Lacerda

Head of Customer Success at noCRM.io

Mariana Lacerda began their career in 2007 as a Project Assistant for IOM/OIM Madrid. In 2009, they worked as a Fundraising intern for Un Techo para mi País. In 2011, they joined noCRM.io as a Sales & Account Manager for YoolinkPro. After two years, they were promoted to Head of Customer Success. In this role, they developed strategies to lower churn and bring in more revenue for the company.

Mariana Lacerda began their educational journey in 1996 at the Lycée Français du Caire in Egypt. Mariana then attended the Lycée International de Saint-Germain-en-Laye in Paris, France from 1999 to 2001. Following this, they obtained French and Spanish High School Diplomas from the Lycée Français de Madrid, Spain in 2003. Mariana then went on to study Translation and Interpreting at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas from 2003 to 2007. Finally, they completed their Master in International Affairs and International Public Management from Sciences Po in 2010. Additionally, Mariana Lacerda holds a Certified Translator certification from the Ministerio de Educacion de Espana.
