Gary Kaplan

Gary Kaplan's work experience includes various roles in the legal field. Gary currently serves as a Board Member and General Counsel at NOCTEM Health since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Attorney At Law at GLKAPLAN PLLC since August 2018.

From September 2016 to July 2018, Kaplan served as the Director of Intellectual Property Management at Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures (JHTV). Before that, they were a Member and Co-founder at Kaplan Cook PLLC from October 2013 to September 2016.

Earlier in their career, Kaplan worked as an Adjunct Professor at the Heinz College of Carnegie Mellon University from May 2009 to May 2015. Gary also served as a Senior Counsel at Clark Hill Thorp Reed from November 2010 to October 2013.

Gary Kaplan attended Yale University from 1976 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Gary then pursued further education at the University of Chicago Law School from 1980 to 1983, obtaining their Juris Doctor degree in Law.
