Luis Rincón-Mautner MSc has extensive experience in plant propagation and production, with a background in horticulture and plant tissue culture. With roles such as Director of Propagation CSM, Director of Micropropagation, and Commercial Tissue Culture Facility Manager, Luis has worked with companies such as Node Labs Inc, FloraAquatica, and Stark Brothers Nurseries and Orchards. Luis has also taught biological science courses at Seminole State College of Florida and has a Master of Science in Horticulture - Plant Tissue Culture from Louisiana State University. With a focus on applying LEAN principles to horticultural crop production, Luis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the industry.
