Marc Prigmore has been working in recruitment since 2017. Marc began their career at Elwood Staffing Services, Inc. as a Recruiter and HR Operations, where they staffed employees in various client companies, performed HR Generalist duties, processed weekly payroll and even acted as HR Manager when they had 75+ employees at a single location. In 2018, they moved to Womply as a Recruiter (Technical, Corporate, Sales), where they successfully recruited technical candidates in the Silicon Valley area and scaled the Sales team from ~40 to ~80 Reps. In 2020, Marc joined CareXM as a Sr. Recruiter & Recruiting Team Leader, where they designed and managed a Recruiting program to enable the company to scale their Telehealth call center during a corporate rebrand and the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, they moved to Myndshft as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, where they created Recruiting infrastructure, sponsored job posts, built out features of the Applicant Tracking System, and updated interview processes for Engineers and other departments. In 2022, Marc began working as a Recruiting Consultant for RTA Consulting, LLC, Aether Biomachines, Inc., Arzeda, Nodexus Inc., Cana Technology, Inc., and Multiply Labs.

Marc Prigmore received their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Behavioral Science - Psychology from Utah Valley University between 2011 and 2015. Marc then went on to receive a Coursera Certificate in Application Programming Fundamentals and Object-Oriented Programming Concepts in 2021. In 2018 and 2019, they earned a Udacity Certificate in Business Analysis and a Udemy Certificate in Introduction to SQL in 2019.
