Ignacio Rey Goitia has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ignacio started their career as a Research Assistant Intern at IAE Business School, where they gained experience in database management and statistical analysis. Ignacio then worked as a Business Analyst Intern at Agroneto, where they further developed their analytical skills.

Goitia later joined Google, where they held multiple positions. Ignacio initially served as an Advertising Operations Associate, supporting AdWords customers in planning, executing, and monitoring online advertising campaigns. Ignacio also took on the role of Innovation Lead, collaborating with their team to improve internal processes.

Goitia then became a Marketing Specialist for Small & Medium Businesses at Google, where they helped businesses achieve their online marketing goals through a deep understanding of their core objectives and the implementation of digital strategies.

After that, Goitia served as an Agency Development Manager at Google, focusing on developing and strengthening relationships with top agencies in the Mexican advertising market. Ignacio provided them with the necessary skills and resources to expand the digital advertising ecosystem in Mexico.

Goitia's last role before their current one was as a Product Solutions, Mobile at Google, where they acted as a link between the Sales and Product Development teams in LATAM. Ignacio gathered feedback for product improvement and promoted the adoption of strategic advertising solutions. Ignacio was also responsible for communicating product features and delivering trainings to the sales team.

Currently, Goitia is a Co-Partner at Vequa Hydroponics, Argentina's largest hydroponic farm. Here, they contribute to the production of high-quality green leaf vegetables distributed in the country's largest retail stores.

Along with their work at Vequa Hydroponics, Goitia is also a Partner & Commercial Director at Nodus Company, a digital consultancy firm based in Buenos Aires and Madrid. There, they provide consultancy and full digital services in the areas of technology, design, data analytics, and market research. Nodus Company is known as the top AMP and PWA implementation company in the Americas.

Ignacio Rey Goitia began their education at Pilgrims' College, where they completed their schooling from 1995 to 2007. Ignacio then went on to attend Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Digital Marketing from 2007 to 2011.

In 2012 and 2013, Ignacio participated in an exchange program at the University of Bath in the United Kingdom, studying Marketing B2B. This experience provided him with international exposure and a deeper understanding of the field.

In addition to their formal education, Ignacio has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Ignacio achieved the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in October 2020. Ignacio further expanded their expertise by obtaining certifications in various areas such as Brand Building in e-Commerce, Product Ads, Audience Deals, and Mobile Experience. These certifications were obtained from reputable institutions such as Mercado Libre and Google. Most recently, in January 2023, they completed the Mobile Experience Certification Exam from Skillshop.
