Sebastián Alessandrello

Sebastián Alessandrello has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles.

Starting in 2013, Alessandrello worked as a Professor at the Centro de Pedagogías de Anticipación (CEPA), where they conducted education workshops with a focus on information and communication technologies (ICT) for teachers. Sebastián also provided support and guidance through tutorials and virtual platforms.

In 2015, they transitioned to the Centro de Pedagogías de Avanzada (CEPA) as an Academic Coordinator for the postgraduate course "Tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) y Educación." In this role, they oversaw academic progress, provided assistance during in-person workshops, and conducted tutoring sessions.

During the same period, Alessandrello also worked as an Editor at the Instituto Nacional de Formación Docente (INFD). Here, they were responsible for editing and adapting online teaching courses, ensuring adherence to established writing guidelines. Sebastián also monitored module writing processes.

In 2018, Alessandrello embarked on a freelance career, working as a Copywriter/Content writer for Centro Luma. Their responsibilities included creating copy for web content, landing pages, social media, and mailing campaigns. Sebastián also contributed to wireframing, information architecture, and medium-level prototyping.

In 2019, they participated in the Healthy Challenge App project as a User Experience Designer. This project was part of a larger digital design integration at Digital House. Alessandrello conducted user research, including interviews and surveys, and applied findings to create mobile patterns, information architecture, and service voice analysis. Sebastián also conducted user testing and delivered presentations to stakeholders.

Alessandrello's most recent role was as an Instructional Designer and Training Consultant at Accenture Argentina. Sebastián joined in December 2021 and worked until September 2022. In this position, they used their expertise to design and develop instructional materials and consulted on training and learning processes.

Currently, Alessandrello holds the position of E-learning and Content Lead at Nodus Company, starting in October 2022.

Sebastián Alessandrello has a strong education background in communications and design. Sebastián obtained their Licenciado en Ciencias de la Comunicación degree from the University of Buenos Aires, where they studied from 1995 to 2009. In 2019, Sebastián Alessandrello furthered their education by completing a Diseño UX program at Digital House. In addition to their formal education, Sebastián Alessandrello has also obtained numerous certifications in various areas, including team leadership, editing and proofreading, stakeholder communications, technical writing, project management, and e-learning design. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as Skillsoft and LinkedIn, and span from 2020 to 2022.
