Licínio Antunes

Licínio Antunes has extensive experience in the IT industry, starting in 1998. Licínio has held various managerial positions, including Director and Associate Director, at Noesis since 2015. In these roles, they were responsible for DevOps, Automation, and RPA, as well as development of custom applications. Prior to joining Noesis, Licínio worked at Portugal Telecom and PT Sistemas de Informação as a Senior Service Manager, overseeing the operations of various services. Licínio also worked as a Project Manager and Functional Consultant during their time at PT Sistemas de Informação. Earlier in their career, they were a Teacher at BAD and worked as a Developer and IT System Analyst at different organizations.

Licínio Antunes obtained an Engineer's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Universidade de Coimbra, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Upper Waystage 1 from Wall Street English in 2016, ISO 20000 Practitioner from APMG International in 2012, ITIL Foundations V3 from ITIL Certified in 2011, and Developer certifications in Panagon and eProcess from FileNet in 2002.
