Lacey Padrón

Lacey Padrón is the Chief Technology Officer at NOETIK, a biotechnology company focusing on precision immunotherapies through AI-native technologies. Prior to her current role, she held various positions in data science and informatics at organizations such as Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy and Nuna Inc. Lacey's background includes research in statistical and machine learning methods at Stanford University, as well as computational cognitive science projects at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Math with Computer Science from MIT.
