Petter Olsen

Petter Olsen is a highly experienced scientist with a career spanning over three decades in research and development. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Nofima since 2008, Petter has previously held the position of Senior Researcher at Fiskeriforskning from August 1993 to December 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Computer Science from the University of Strathclyde, earned between 1982 and 1986, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Food Traceability from UiT - The Arctic University of Norway.
