Lisa Bromiley serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Cemvita Inc. since December 2023, where the focus is on advancing energy transition BioSolutions for various industries. With extensive experience in financial leadership, Lisa has held key positions at several companies, including serving on the Board and Audit Committee of Northern Oil and Gas Inc. since 2007 and previously as CFO at Fortify Energy, North Shore Steel, Aviva Metals, BioUrja Group, and Rail Service and Logistics, among others. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
