Silvia Della Morte is an experienced professional currently engaged in public engagement at NOI Techpark since August 2021. Prior experience includes conducting a master thesis in immunology at ZAUM Pollen Science, focusing on the role of transglutaminase 2 in ferroptotic macrophages. Silvia's background also includes an internship in genetics under AG Prof. Dr. med. Witt, where the focus was on the effect of acinus-specific transcription factors on Panc1 cells, along with cloning tasks. Additional internships at Deutsches Herzzentrum München and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München provided valuable experience in experimental pediatric cardiology and bio-organic chemistry, respectively. Silvia holds a Master of Science in Biology with a specialization in Biomedicine from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
