Patrick Arata has diverse work experience in various customer experience and project management roles. Patrick started their career as an Executive Assistant at Conversant Products in 2009, where they gained hands-on experience with touch screen refurbishment and worked closely with the Vice President. In 2011, they joined Global Response as a Project Manager, successfully overseeing projects until 2015. Patrick then joined DC International as a Customer Experience Manager from 2015 to 2016.
