Patrick Arata

Patrick Arata has diverse work experience in various customer experience and project management roles. Patrick started their career as an Executive Assistant at Conversant Products in 2009, where they gained hands-on experience with touch screen refurbishment and worked closely with the Vice President. In 2011, they joined Global Response as a Project Manager, successfully overseeing projects until 2015. Patrick then joined DC International as a Customer Experience Manager from 2015 to 2016. At JM Bullion, they served as the Director of Customer Experience, managing budgets, hiring, and day-to-day operations. Patrick effectively reduced staffing costs by over 20% and introduced a training program involving leaders from different departments. Since 2016, Patrick has been working at NoiseAware as the Senior Director of Customer Experience.

Patrick Arata attended Florida State University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics.
