Benjamin Kopf

Benjamin Kopf currently serves as the Director Group HR at NOKERA AG, where Benjamin oversees HR management for multiple subsidiaries and leads a team of HR managers and recruiters. Benjamin also plays a key role as a sparringspartner to the CEO. Prior to this, Benjamin co-founded and managed NICHY, an Employer Branding & HR agency, and held various roles at Microsoft, including Head of CMO Office and Head of Sales Excellence EMEA, where Benjamin managed strategic growth projects and revenue planning. Benjamin's experience also includes managing a trading company and working in inhouse consulting at BMW Group. Benjamin holds a degree in Marketing and Business Informatics from Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt.
