Justin Hotard serves as the President and CEO of Nokia since April 2025. Previously, Justin held the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager for the Data Center & AI Business Group at Intel Corporation from February 2024 to March 2025. A significant portion of Justin's career was dedicated to Hewlett Packard Enterprise from August 2015 to January 2024, where roles included Executive Vice President & GM of HPC & AI Business Group and leading corporate transformation efforts as Senior Vice President for Corporate Transformation. In addition, Justin was involved with H3C as a board member, made impactful contributions at NCR Corporation in various leadership roles, and played a key role at Symbol Technologies prior to its acquisition by Motorola. Justin holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
