Suma Kandkur

Suma Kandkur has over 22 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as a Technical Product Manager for Cloud and Network Services at Nokia since June 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing the Common Software Foundation Platform for cloud-native application development and deployment, as well as managing Network Cognitive Services that leverage machine learning to enhance subscriber experiences. Previous roles at Nokia included Senior Product Manager for Digital Intelligence, focusing on Customer Experience Management (CEM), and R&D Manager for cloud-based CEM solutions. Prior to Nokia, Suma worked at Wipro Technologies in various capacities, including Project Manager and Software Engineer/Technical Lead. Suma holds an Executive Post Graduate in Business Management from Symbiosis International University and a B.E. in Computer Science from Karnatak University.
