Amy Hanlon-Rodemich is Nokia’s Chief People Officer. Her remit spans all people-related topics from classic HR to Health and Safety, and Real Estate.

Amy is an experienced HR executive who has helped some of Silicon Valley’s top brands scale and grow, such as Yahoo and VMware. She has a depth of experience in using technology to transform HR functions to deliver unique, personalized experiences to employees.

Prior to joining Nokia in 2022 Amy held the position of Chief People Officer of GlobalLogic, a leading company in digital product engineering. She was also Vice President of Human Resources at Synopsys, a software company focused on design and verification software for the semi-conductor industry, and Executive Vice President of People at Milestone Technologies, an IT solutions company, where she was responsible for all aspects of HR and Talent Acquisition.

Amy holds a master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, and she earned her B.A. from Tufts University. She also sits on the Board of the Bay Area Executive Development Network (BAEDN) and the Exceptional Women Awardees Foundation.

Amy Hanlon-Rodemich

As President of Network Infrastructure at Nokia – a group that combines Nokia’s IP Networks, Optical Networks, Fixed Networks and Alcatel Submarine Networks businesses – Federico is responsible for a wide range of critical networks for customers in both the communication service provider (CSP) and webscale segments globally. 

Before taking on his current appointment, Federico was President of Customer Operations for Europe, Middle East & Africa and Asia Pacific. Immediately following the merger between Nokia and Alcatel-Lucent in 2016, he became President of Nokia’s Fixed Networks business group, having previously been President of Alcatel-Lucent Spain and head of the Telefónica account team and, until 2009, Vice President of Sales for Vertical Market Sales in Western Europe.

Earlier roles included leading the Regional Support Center within Alcatel-Lucent’s Fixed Access Division for the Europe and South region (Southern Europe, India, Caribbean & Latin America, Middle East & Africa) and Chief Senior Officer of Alcatel Mexico, a role he held concurrently with that of Global Account Manager for Telmex, basing himself in Mexico City.

Federico holds a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications engineering and a master’s degree in switching and communication architectures from the Polytechnic University of Madrid in Spain. He was also awarded a master’s degree in international management from Emlyon Business School in France and Alcatel.

Federico Guillén

Johan Asplund joined the telecom industry in the early 90’ with work locations in the Europe, Americas, Middle East and Asia until settling down in Taiwan. With almost 30 years’ telecom experience - from 1G through 5G and with a deep curiosity on what the future will bring to the telecom industry.
Johan’s current position as CTO for Taiwan/IBG responsible for technology trends, and consulting interactions with Nokia’s customers, industry channels, partners, and others.
Past roles and work experience started in the wireless field with installation, testing and customer demonstrations of mobile systems, moving through System verification, Field software support, Solution management and took on his first CTO role in 2005.

Johan Asplund

Tommi is the President of Mobile Networks at Nokia and also serves as the Country Senior Officer of Nokia Finland.

Tommi is passionate about developing, selling and building radio access networks and microwave radio links, and seeing his communication service provider (CSP) and enterprise customers with private/dedicated wireless networks thrive in delivering ever better services in mobile broadband and the Internet of Things. As the head of Nokia’s Mobile Networks business group since the end of 2018, Tommi is helping to shape the mobile industry and society by bringing 5G, artificial intelligence, machine learning, open RAN and cloud RAN to the market to fuel the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

His previous roles include leading worldwide product sales of Nokia’s mobile networks and heading all of Nokia’s networks business in Western Europe. After having joined the industry in the microwave radio link business during the heyday of 2G/GSM, Tommi played a key part in introducing and rolling out Nokia’s 3G/WCDMA and 4G/LTE technologies to the market. He was heading Nokia’s LTE radio access business line at the time when 4G/LTE services were launched in the pioneering markets of South Korea, Japan and Scandinavia.

Tommi holds master’s degrees from [Aalto University](/org/aalto-university) (formerly Helsinki University of Technology) in Finland and [Michigan Technological University](/org/mtu) in the US. He is based in Finland and has lived in the US and France.

Tommi Uitto

Raghav is a global leader and entrepreneur in the cloud, software and communications space, paving the path to a secure and digital future.

In his current role as President of the Cloud and Network Services business at Nokia, Raghav leads the transition for communication service providers (CSPs) and enterprises across the world to cloud-native software and as-a-service businesses.

As former President of Nokia Enterprise, Raghav positioned the business group as one of the market leaders in private wireless networks and achieved significant growth, delivering mission-critical networks and digital automation solutions to enterprises, including webscales and industrial businesses, as well as government entities.

Raghav also served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Market Services for Nokia Software, where he built the Global Business Center for the Nokia Software business group from the ground up, helping CSPs and enterprises embark on their digital transformation journeys.

Prior to Nokia, Raghav served as President of the Asia Pacific & Middle East region at NICE Ltd., a worldwide, leading provider of cloud and on-premises software solutions, including advanced data analytics. He also held several global executive positions at Oracle, Comverse, CSG and Lucent Technologies, driving top-line growth.

Raghav holds a master’s degree in computer systems management from the [University of Maryland](/org/university-of-maryland) in the US, and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from [Tulane University](/org/tulane-university) in the US. He also received an Executive Business Certificate in General Management from [Harvard University](/org/harvard) in the US.

Raghav resides in Singapore with his family and will relocate to the US. He enjoys golf, running and globe-trotting, having lived all over the world including his native India, Singapore, the US and the UK.



Raghav Sahgal

Nishant is a global leader with broad experience in strategy and technology development and portfolio management, as well as in having significant profit and loss responsibilities across the telecom and enterprise sectors. He has been intimately involved in bringing cutting-edge products to market across industry domains and has a deep understanding of the silicon, software and system requirements necessary for innovation.

At Nokia, Nishant is the Chief Strategy and Technology Officer (CSTO) with responsibility for corporate strategy, technology architecture and pioneering research at Nokia Bell Labs; Nokia’s information technology (IT) infrastructure and digitalization initiatives; centralized security domains; and Nokia’s venture capital activities.

His function lays the path for Nokia’s future technology innovation and identifies the most promising areas in which Nokia can create new value. By setting the company’s vision and understanding the evolving market and business dynamics, Nishant is responsible for developing a coherent business-strategy, technology and architecture vision across the company and implementing it in partnership with the Nokia Business Groups. Furthermore, he is responsible for establishing a solid research foundation on which Nokia innovates new products and for providing the critical support infrastructure that ensures all Nokia business units can deliver that vision properly and securely.

Prior to joining Nokia in 2021, Nishant worked at [Veoneer](/org/veoneer) in Sweden, a worldwide leader in automotive technology, where he was Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Before this, he spent 12 years at [Ericsson](/org/ericsson) holding several positions, most recently as Head of Product Area Networks.

Nishant holds an MBA from [INSEAD](/org/insead); a master’s degree in Telecommunications and a master’s degree in Computer Science from [Southern Methodist University](/org/southern-methodist-university) in the US; and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from Devi Ahilya University in India.

Nishant is based in Espoo, Finland and has lived and worked in Asia, Europe and the US.

Wirén is currently CFO at Nokia based at the company’s headquarters in Espoo, Finland. Most recently, he was the President of [Wärtsilä](/org/wartsila) Energy and Executive Vice President of [Wärtsilä](/org/wartsila) Group, a global leader in smart technologies and lifecycle solutions for the marine and energy markets. Wirén has held a number of CFO and other senior financial roles, including CFO of [Wärtsilä](/org/wartsila) Group; CFO of SSAB Group, a global specialized steel company; and CFO of [Eltel Networks](/org/eltel-networks), a provider of technical services to the electrical and telecommunications industries.

During his time at [Wärtsilä](/org/wartsila), Wirén helped establish the company as a leader in energy storage, streamlined the portfolio to focus on primary value creation opportunities, improved cash performance, strengthened investment decision-making and expanded use of robotics and artificial intelligence.  He also currently serves as Vice Board Chair of [Neste](/org/neste), a €28 billion market cap company that provides renewable energy solutions.  Wirén holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Uppsala.

Sari Baldauf

Nassib has been Nokia CLO since August 2019. He joined Nokia in September 2014 as head of Legal & Compliance for the MEA region, later becoming General Counsel for Customer Operations and Deputy Chief Legal Officer, Business. Following the announcement of the acquisition of Alcatel-Lucent by Nokia, Nassib led the compliance integration planning work, developing and implementing the initial combined company’s compliance program.

Counsel for MEA at [Yahoo!](/org/yahoo) He also held roles at GE Oil & Gas, [Etisalat](/org/etisalat) and TMF Netherlands.

An admitted lawyer at the Ontario Bar and in England, Nassib holds a BA in Political Sciences and Civil Law (LL.L.) and Common Law (LL.B.) and Master of Law (LL.M) degrees from the [University of Ottawa](/org/university-of-ottawa), the latter including a year’s study of European law at the Université de Louvain la Neuve in Belgium.

Nassib Abou-Khalil

As Chief Customer Experience Officer (CCXO) at Nokia, Ricky is responsible for helping Nokia’s telecommunications customers realize their vision and ambition through his leadership of the company’s global sales and marketing functions.

A dynamic leader with 25 years of international experience in the telecommunications industry, Ricky is known for his strong commitment to customer satisfaction and to leading his team to ever-higher achievements. Throughout his career he has demonstrated an ability to exceed sales targets through an intense customer focus and a deep understanding of the needs and aspirations of Nokia’s customers.

Ricky previously served as President of Customer Operations, Americas and before that as Market Head, North America. In these roles he swiftly returned the North America region to growth and oversaw Nokia’s participation in the first 5G launches in the US, as well as presiding over a long growth spell in Latin America.

Prior to this, Ricky served as Head of the Asia Pacific region, helping the company gain share in many key markets, including Japan and Indonesia, and was also responsible for opening up new markets in South Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia and Bangladesh. Before this he held senior sales and marketing positions in the Americas, Asia, Australia and Europe.

Ricky holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and electronic engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in Australia. 

He resides in Northern California, is married and has four children. He is an avid golfer and enjoys tennis, bike riding, reading and spending time with his family.

Jenni Lukander is the current President of Nokia Technologies. Jenni has held this position since January 2007. Jenni Lukander

In almost 20 years as a CEO, Pekka has accrued deep expertise in the telecommunications, technology, energy, manufacturing, machinery, retail and finance sectors, all of which are central to the transition into the Fourth Industrial Revolution. 

Pekka was appointed Nokia’s CEO in August 2020. He previously worked for the company between 1990 and 2000, when he helped oversee Nokia’s emergence as the world’s biggest mobile handset manufacturer and a significant player in mobile infrastructure.  

Pekka started his Nokia career as an account manager, responsible for the launch of the world’s first GSM network. He led the company’s expansion into new territories and became known as a dynamic and visionary leader who knew how to adapt businesses to prepare for, and capitalize on, coming trends. 

He moved from Nokia into venture capital with Startupfactory, followed by the consumer goods company Hackman, where he first became a CEO.  

He then led [Konecranes](/org/konecranes) for 10 years, before in 2015 moving to [Fortum](/org/fortum), an international energy company that has reshaped the energy system across much of Northern and Eastern Europe and beyond. His time at [Fortum](/org/fortum) was characterized by improving resource efficiency and pursuing modern methods of energy generation, as well as well-timed mergers and acquisitions. This led to the creation of considerable shareholder value. 

Pekka’s broad experience, which includes working in Silicon Valley and Asia, has given him insight into new technologies and techniques that will be at the heart of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. These include 5G, artificial intelligence (AI), private networks, the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), predictive maintenance, cloud computing, adapting business models, retraining staff, supply chain optimization and widespread digitalization.  

Originally from Espoo, Finland, Pekka earned a master’s degree in information systems from Helsinki University of Technology. He chairs the Confederation of Finnish Industries and holds advisory or oversight roles at the Climate Leadership Council, the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences and the Finnish Athletics Federation, among others.
