Jari Kinnunen

Jari Kinnunen is an experienced professional currently serving as Rikosylikomisario at the Police of Finland since April 2023 and as a member of the provincial council and board of the Province of Pirkanmaa. Additionally, Jari Kinnunen holds the position of Social and Health Care Councillor for the Pirkanmaa Region since January 2022 and has been a member of the city council and board in the City of Nokia since May 2017. Jari Kinnunen previously served as a Member of Parliament in Finland from September 2021 to April 2023 and worked as a Detective Superintendent at Central Finland Police Department from April 1996 to September 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Security Management from the University of Tampere and a Bachelor of Laws in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the University of Helsinki.
