Adrian Kaczmarczyk

Adrian Kaczmarczyk has a diverse and extensive work experience in supply chain and operations management. Adrian currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Supply Operations at Nokian. Prior to this, Adrian served as Vice President of Global Operations and Supply Chain at The Chemours Company, where they were responsible for managing various aspects of the company's operations network and driving digital transformation in chemical manufacturing.

Before joining The Chemours Company, Adrian held the role of Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at IMPERIAL Logistics International, where they had full P&L responsibility and oversaw logistics operations for different industries. Adrian also worked as Corporate Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Henkel Corporation, where they managed the company's adhesive supply chain and implemented a global supply chain strategy.

Adrian's previous work experience also includes roles at Siegwerk, Avery Dennison, Procter & Gamble, and Bayer, where they gained valuable experience in supply chain management and operations. Their work history showcases their expertise in driving operational excellence and strategic alignment within various industries.

Adrian Kaczmarczyk earned a Dipl. Ing in Mechanical Engineering from Bergische Universität Wuppertal in 1997. Adrian also obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Surrey in 2006. Adrian attended the Harvard Business School's Executive Program in 2014 and 2015, and later pursued Executive Leadership Training at the same institution in 2015. Additionally, they have certifications in Lean Manufacturing (TPS) A3 Thinking from Henkel in 2014, and Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma from Avery Dennison.
