Customer Service Director, North America Supply Chain at Nokian Tyres

Anthony D'Andrea has extensive work experience, starting with their role as the Customer Service Quality Control Team Lead/Manager at Vermont Teddy Bear Company from 2004 to 2014. During this time, they developed and optimized a historical reporting database, implemented benchmarks and goals for the Contact Center, and provided strategic selling coaching.

From 2014 to 2017, D'Andrea worked at Revision Military as a Customer Service Manager/Account Manager. In this role, they trained and mentored a team of six agents, pioneered domestic and foreign accounts and contracts, and ensured successful execution accountability.

Since 2017, D'Andrea has been working as the Customer Service Director, North America Supply Chain at Nokian Tyres. Here, they spearhead global CRM leadership, leads and influences a team of 15 employees, supports project management initiatives, and develops customer engagement plans to improve customer satisfaction.

Throughout their career, D'Andrea has demonstrated strong leadership, coaching, and training skills, as well as a focus on improving employee satisfaction and reducing turnover.

Anthony D'Andrea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Champlain College. Anthony also has additional certifications in the Toyota Management Philosophy from Toyota Management Philosophy and US Export Control Compliance from the United States Department of Commerce.
