Rich Dawes

Rich Dawes is the Founder and CEO of Nolea, a company established in January 2022 that specializes in talent intelligence to enhance recruitment processes through data-driven approaches. Prior to this, Rich served as the Head of Technology at Clinical Partners from January 2020 to January 2022, where responsibilities included developing the technology department and initiating a digital telemedicine project utilizing Salesforce. Rich also held the position of CEO and Technology Consultant at Richvision Labs from January 2014 to December 2021, focusing on digital transformation for businesses. Rich Dawes is currently pursuing a Cognitive and Decision Sciences MSc at UCL and holds a BSc (Hons) and MSc in Computer Science and Business Management from Newcastle University.
